An ode to October

Paradoxical Death

Spring's first green is gold, blossoming, flourishing.

Summer's after glow was mellow, as gold turns into dust.

But just like deciduous trees, the autumnal leaf drop,

they shed as the earth slips into winterly slumber, into the death of October.

But spring soon comes ending winter's strife, the seasons change as we.
