You may address me as Goddess Ashley. I first stumbled upon BDSM & kink during the earlier days of Collarspace, and later, the underbelly of the internet: Backpage and Craigslist. I initially identified as a submissive and stayed one for years, serving several old-school, high-protocol Dominants in Singapore. I crossed over slowly, and only once I had been taught properly. That training is the discipline I still work from. That journey is the discipline I still work from.
Kink and trauma are inextricably intertwined. I learned this from the receiving end — first in my own history, later in the people who have served me as my submissive. What I built out of it is a practice I call Holistic Dominance: body, mind and spirit in the same room, at the same time. The work is somatic, but it isn't only physical. It is a way of handing you back the authorship of your journey.
